- Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials when you sign up.
- Profile Information: Citizenship type, employment status, target city, family status, and other relocation-related data you provide during onboarding.
- Usage Data: Task progress, AI chat queries, and feature usage to improve our service.
- Payment Information: Payment card details are processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store any payment card information on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Generate your personalized relocation roadmap and checklists
- Provide AI-powered assistance through "Cypro" chatbot
- Auto-fill legal forms (MEU1, Tax ID) with the data you provide
- Process payments securely through Stripe
- Send service-related communications (receipts, updates)
- Improve and optimize our platform
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) in the EU (eu-north-1, Stockholm), encrypted at rest. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure you can only access your own data. AI chat queries and the text used to search our knowledge base are sent to NVIDIA (NVIDIA NIM inference API) for processing. We retain your data for the duration of your account and delete it upon account deletion request.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase: Database, authentication, and file storage
- NVIDIA (NIM inference API): AI chat assistant responses and knowledge base search embeddings
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Vercel: Hosting and deployment
6. Data Deletion
